1. All orders are valid only after an our regular confirmation. All our proposals are always linked to “no commitment” clause and they are subject of availability.

2. Our prices are all intended without delivery fees, and are subjects of market changes.

3. Packing cost is at customers expense.

4. The WAT is invoiced according to low.

5. Deliver is carried out using the cheapest mean of transport.

6. Payments are carried out as follows: one third of total amount is paid at the moment of buying, and the remaining part at the moment of good deliver. For deliveries of bigger quantity of goods, conditions have to be agreed separately.

7. No payment will be accepted if not carried out directly to the company.

8. The good is delivered at buyer’s expenses and risks. The buyer is responsible for any possible damage in case of delay of good collecting. Only the Milazzo court is competent in case of any legal dispute.

9. Only complaints regarding quality of our goods will be considered, and they have to be send to us within 8 days (and not longer) from the delivery date.

10. Plant rooting cannot always be guaranteed, since it depends on factors beyond our control.

11. The actual price list nullifies the previous ones.

12. For order amounts inferior to € 100,00, the payment has to be carried out in advance.
